Living room with fireplace (firewood supplied) and sun room with dining space and gas log stove. Large deck overlooking the Rock Creek drainage and the Ironclads. Propane gas grill and outdoor fire pit. Kitchen, bath and bedroom amenities supplied. Fully fenced front and back yards-well behaved dogs welcome. Horses can be boarded upon request. 3.6 miles from Wild Basin Lodge .

Enjoy our peaceful setting and mountain views on 13 acres. 5 miles from downtown Boulder and Pearl Street. Our Cartoon Corral room has 2 twin beds with access to 4 shared bathrooms down the hall, and coffee and tea downstairs in the dining hall. This is an upstairs bedroom so please note you will be climbing stairs. Also there’s a church my family started in the 70’s on the property, religious pictures around, not pushing Jesus in any way. If this weirds you out don’t book this place.
