Private garage/studio apt close to downtown, freeway, walk to MANY key businesses, bus, cool host provides many conveniences, safe neighborhood, parking, kitchen. Come/go freely from your pvt driveway, pvt gate, pvt entrance. Ideal for all dogs, big fenced-in shady grassy picnic area, serene, secure, pvt "dogpark" backyard, NO CATS. No sec dpst, Plz read all pic captions. Please note that there is one queen-size bed and a twin air mattress that can be added.
Location, Location, LocationMy townhouse is safely nestled in a gated community and less than a year old. It is located in the heart of everything fun- Clearwater Beach, Clearwater Aquarium, Dunedin, Tampa, restaurants, malls.... My home is modern and very comfortable. I have a patio which overlooks a small lake with various birds to watch throughout the day and a community pool!

Close to all shops. 12 mins to Clearwater beach, 8 minutes to Belleair and 16 minutes to Sand Key beach. Right in the border of Clearwater and Largo. One parking spot in front of the house available for you. There is a fee for an extra guest.
