I will teach you about the dough ingredients. We will make the neapolitan pizza dough, each couple will make 1 dough with the recipe for 2 people, if you are 1 person you will make it with me,
So we will mix everything until it will be ready. clearly we will use an already leavened dough (it takes 10 hours to rise) but it will be very important that you understand how to make the dough!!
SECOND STEP
We will try the products used to make pizza. You will have a detailed explanation on the products of our land. Taste the tomato, crocché, fresh mozzarella, and olive oil. This step will help you to understand how is important to use high quality products to make the best pizza.
THIRD STEP
Now we have to divide the balls from the dough. I will show you the oldest way to do that.
FOURTH STEP
I will give you the ingredients to make an authentic Neapolitan margherita pizza. It is the most popular pizza in Italy. You will take your pizza ball, you will spread it like a real pizzachef and bake it in the oven.
FIFTH STEP
The most exciting part will be when you will eat your full pizza while I will tell you the story of Neapolitan cuisine and the genesis of the pizza in Naples and of course with a nice drink included.

The experience with Riccardo was great, he made sure to explain every step of the process and answer our questions. We had tasty starters, made dough then pizza and ate together around a drink and had a nice discussion. Highly recommended

We had such a fun experience learning about making pizza in Naples with our group. Ricardo and Savanah were lovely hosts. Thoroughly enjoyed eating our creations afterwards. The stories and humor were an unexpected and welcomed added basil topping to our pizzas.

I dont understand why people are liking this activity because it was a waist of our money sadly!!! First of all Ricardo was 25 minutes late because of a broken oven. Later it was apparently fixed.. tables were not ready when we got there. He had to prepare stuff and was running around.. We booked a private tour and then there were 4 other people who he sad he told us but he didn’t. And there was a mix up with a other couple too. The pizza’s tasted so so, the dough was too wet. A few of us got wrong drinks.. we could not sit together on a long table but did that anyway and then the personal got mad. The whole activity was chaotic, unprepared, rushed and not personal. Dont book it!

Das war so eine authentische, unvergessliche Erfahrung, die der Highlight meiner Reise bis jetzt war! Es hat so viel Spaß gemacht Riccardo zuzuhören, es hat die Schritte auf lustige Art und Weise erklärt, sodass man das Gefühl hatte, man kocht mit Freunden. Daumen hoch, 10000 % ige Weiterempfehlung!

Майстер класс був чудовий.. Ми навчились готувати справжню неаполітанську піцу, взнали як готувати тісто, відчули його на дотик. Цікаво проведений час разом з іншими гостями з Франції та США. було весело, корисно і цікаво. Невелике непорозуміння в організаційних моментах, Рікардо виправавив, запропонував інший час і ми задоволені нашим враженям . Не пожалкуєте!! Дякую Рікардо і Silvana. It’s was a very good day and fun experience with Riccardo. It was amazing to learn the secrets to the Napoli style pizza with authentic pizza chef.
