A perfect retreat for those wanting a relaxing, peaceful getaway but also a great location for an active holiday and great for families, with lots of space around you and a host of opportunities nearby. The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Our place is an amazing Bolthole, set in the North of the New Forest national park, only 20 mins drive from Winchester. A home from home, with all the creature comforts you could wish for. It makes a perfect base to explore the Forest and the surrounding areas. If you are looking for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of life with plenty to discover then look no further. The Bothy is Immersed in the beauty and tranquility of the forest with ponies and donkeys grazing nearby.

The Coach House with walled garden

Our converted coach house offers a cosy corner in the busy village of Downton from which to visit the historic cathedral city of Salisbury and the open spaces of the New Forest. Parts of the property date back to 1475 with links to the Bishops of Winchester. There is plenty on offer in and around the village, with local shops, gardens, pubs, walks and bicycle rides along the River Avon. Bournemouth beaches are not far away. We welcome dogs for a fee of £20 for up to 2 dogs per stay.

Welcome to our semi off grid sustainable home where you will enjoy our shepherd's hut and the peace and tranquility it provides. Amongst our newly planted saplings in our paddock you will have the wildlife and our 2 ponies for company. A warm, cosy, quiet, safe, space...read our reviews!!!! Sometimes surrounding yourself in nature is just what you need to give you balance. A perfect place to think and be yourself. Talk to the trees, they do listen!

This Old Dairy in The New Forest, Bramshaw, has been converted from a traditional working dairy into a beautiful self catering cottage on a quaint county farm. Ponies, donkeys, cattle, sheep and deer roam freely throughout the countryside all year. Ideal for couples and small families to enjoy: horse riding, cycling, walking and the famous Peppa Pig World within a 10 minute drive. There are also lots of traditional English pubs to enjoy.

Beautiful studio with direct excess to New Forest

Arden Studio is nestled in the grounds of my cottage - Arden Cottage. It is situated with direct access to the New Forest. With a separate bedroom offering a king size bed and a small open plan sitting room and kitchenette it makes the perfect cozy retreat. The sofa can be converted into extra sleeping if required and extra bedding is provided. There is a a small private outdoor area to enjoy during the summer months. Dogs are welcome...
