Quiet, Newly Renovated Private Guest SuiteCome relax in our newly renovated guest suite! Our guest suite is attached to our home with it's own private entrance. Our home is on an acre of property in a very quiet neighborhood. This single-room suite includes a king-sized bed, a fully-stocked bathroom, a living room with comfortable furniture, a kitchenette with all the essentials, and a dining area. We are happy to share our outdoor space as well which includes patio seating and dining area, a BBQ grill, a firepit, and fresh eggs.

Just a short drive to multiple ski resorts, Lagoon, Park City, downtown SLC, recreational lakes, hiking/biking trails & Antelope Island. There's many great restaurants in the area, and a grocery store within walking distance. Layton Hills Mall is about 5 miles away & there's a Sam's Club within 5 miles & a Costco within 10 miles.

Simple BedroomWelcome, travelers! We are working professionals who host for the novelty of making a few bucks and meeting new people. We have a clean, private room with a queen bed. Bathroom and other areas are shared. We try to keep rest of the the house tidy, but we don’t promise perfect cleanliness.
