We provide a golf cart for easy access to the shared dock and pool. Only small breed pets allowed, no more than 20 lbs. Pet fee is $35 per pet for entire length of stay. Maximum number of overnight guests is 6. There is an additional fee of $10 per visitor per day, maximum of 2 visitors. No more than 8 people may occupy the house at anytime.
