Stretton on Fosse, an old village in the North Cotswolds. The cottage is Ideal for exploring the area. A mid terraced cottage with traditional style with modern facilities. The cottage accommodates four people allowing children over 12 years old only. Lounge diner, kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath. Near the pretty village of Honington on the edge of the Cotswolds, about 2 miles from Shipston on Stour which is a gateway to the beauty of the Cotswolds and 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa. The Stables have been recently renovated, underfloor heating, combines contemporary style in a character Barn Converstion on a farm in a rural location offering peace and quiet and overlooks an Italian style garden. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.

Relaxing retreat on the edge of the Cotswolds

The house is situated 10 minutes away from Moreton In Marsh, a beautiful cotswolds town with great train links to London, as well as being close to Stratford-Upon-Avon (Shakespeare's birthplace). The village has a great pub which is 1/2 a mile down a single track lane from the studio. Guests will be welcomed by either myself, Jo or Ken. Should you have any questions about the local area do message or knock on the door when you're here and we will answer these.

Fox Cottage is a south facing single storey barn conversion, set amidst the open fields and paddocks of the Cotswolds. The sofa bed fee is charged if the sofa bed needs to be used if there is only one person in the main bedroom and it is required by another guest. IDYLLIC COSY WEST WING CLOSE TO CHIPPING CAMDEN

Approached up a quarter mile long driveway, this is the west wing of a large Cotswold farmhouse set in a courtyard within 12 acres of fields and is the most perfect retreat. Where possible a two nights stay over weekend please. The wing has its own private front door and is self contained. It is immaculately clean and has BT broadband wifi. Outside we have an astro tennis court and have an area beside there with chairs and table to sit and relax

A Granary surrounded by 180 acres of grass

Our Granary has been sympathetically and lovingly converted from an old grain store into a comfortable homely studio for your stay. The Granary is situated next to our farmhouse which originally dated back to 1662. It has recently been fully rebuilt after suffering a large fire. The house, Granary and outbuildings are all constructed of the typical Cotswold stone used throughout the area. We are surrounded by sprawling gardens and grassland.

The Shearing Shed - cosy barn on family farm

The Shearing Shed was an old cowshed/pig sty/shearing shed which has now been converted into a holiday let. Open plan with log burner, fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, single bed (plus fold out bed or travel cot) and shower room with table and chairs outside. You are at the heart of the farm yard (please note we are a working farm and there will be animals close by!)

Barn Annexe is a contemporary, bright and spacious, open-plan studio style accommodation for 2 guests. Located on the main road into Moreton-in-Marsh, the annexe is just a 2 to 3 mins walk to the town's pubs, coffee shops and restaurants.
