This house is the perfect illustration of khmer typical houses in countryside with all comfort standards. A big and green garden with many fruits trees and a big pond with many red fishes, ducks, crabs and snails. The house is in a residential area so it's important to have ear plugs with you as you can hear neighbors and pagodas.
You have a small private terraces upstairs. Private fan room with mosquito net and private bathroom with hot water.

On the ground floor of the house you can use the hammocks, we have set up a table and chairs if you want to work out.

It is a very green and family neighborhood.

If you are lucky you will see birds, squirrels, butterflies, lizards, tokae geckos, chickens etc ... All this being less than 2 kms from the city center, shops and restaurants.

There are local restaurants within 5 minutes. Prices range from $ 3 to $ 5 depending on your choices.

There is a phsar thmey market about 10 minutes walk from the house.

It is a lively neighborhood you will be immersed with the Khmer people sometimes you will hear the battambang pagodas on certain days of the week.
There may be weddings, funerals, Buddhist celebrations, etc. The villagers are welcoming and smiling.
Battambang is a rural town the neighbors get up early between 5am and 6am in the morning so it is important to have ear plugs

I will be present at your arrival because I live on the ground also so I will give advices, help for travelers or discover the real Battambang.

We can book for you: bus ticket, boat ticket or share or private taxi.

Feel free to ask what you will need and we will be please to help you.

But I adapt to the feeling of the guests, some prefer their privacy, others on the contrary want company ... we know to be discreet but welcoming!

We have Hardy a khmer dog (the black dog) that we leave in freedom the day. In the evening, we attach it so that it doesn't disturb your sleep by hunting at night.
My dog doesn't bite and is vaccinated and cared for. But we advise you to caress it the day of your arrival so that it can recognize your smell.

We also have a chicken coop, ducks and many squirrel on the property. We love animals
