Our place is right on the beach, the very best location in a small community of exclusive villas spaced out in sub-tropical garden.
The property is high-end luxury situated 15 minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes from Freeport/Lucaya with abundance of shops, restaurants and many attractions.
Golf courses, scuba diving, nature reserves, swimming with dolphins, cycling & jeep tours etc., are all located within 20 minutes drive.

The neighbourhood is quiet, relaxed and secure. Strolling along the beach to the Banana Bay restaurant for lunch or snorkelling off the beach in the clear, warm water are a couple of wonderful relaxing activities you can enjoy. The beautiful sub-tropical Garden of the Groves, with nature walks and nice cafe by a turtle-filled pond is a couple of minutes drive from the house.

I live in the UK with my wife and two children. I have personal connections with the Bahamas going back 25 years and we have been traveling there as a family at least twice a year since 2008. Although we like the hustle and bustle of Nassau we prefer the wonderful, relaxed feel of Grand Bahama. Strolling along one of the many stunning, quiet beaches you have to remind yourself you're just 30 minutes from Florida!
We plan to keep going to the island for many years and love that we can share this wonderful location with so many guests - a lot of whom have become regular return visitors.
