Our location is on the North Side Road close to Rum Point.

Our Home:
If you are looking for a modern home, for crowded beaches, night club action or like to mingle in larger tourism or noisy crowds, then this may not be the right place for you.
Our Home is "antique fashioned" designed with British and Island flair. Then you are staying at the North Side, which is the much quieter side of the island, it is more like what the 7-Mile Beach corridor was 35 years ago. Its a place to meet and mingle with the Locals & its Residents, a place to wind down and relax, to spend quality time.

House Description:
At your Vacation Home you will find an easily accessible Ground Floor Bedroom and Bath Room.

Our "Open Kitchen" contains all you may need including a Dishwasher.

Living Room area is spacious and you can step out to Patio and our practically private Beach through our Veranda Door at our Living Room.

Upstairs on the 2nd Floor you find the Main Bedroom with Balcony facing the Beach, and a Secondary Bedroom. They share a larger Bath Room.
Here you will find also our Washer/Dryer.

You are staying on the North Side of the Island where you have a prevailing breeze from the North, most of the time just strong enough to keep the bugs away. We are just 4 miles to Rum Point where you can find most water sports activities and the most beautiful island scenery. You are away from the blows and whistles of the 7-Mile Beach corridor, yet a comfortable 45-50 minute drive when you want to visit 7-Mile Beach or West Bay Road. Explore the surroundings by car or bicycle and don't forget to visit Sting Ray City at the Sand Bar, easily accessible from Rum Point/Cayman Kai.

Two smaller locations are stocked with food and basics within a 1-3 mile range. The closest is Chissolm´s Grocery Store, a friendly family run business just about a mile towards Rum Point. They stock practically most essentials. The Gas Station at Old Man Bay (about 3 miles from our Home) stocks liquor. Next is at Morrits Resort there is Foster´s with a mid sized Supermarket, about a 20 minute drive. The other is at the Savannah Shopping Complex with a large Food Store (Fosters), a 25-30 minute drive. In all these you can "top-up" with basic snacks or complete range of food and drinks. The wordings "top-up" are commonly used by Caymanians for "charging your prepaid phone card", "filling your car with gas", "fill up your drink" and other...

For emergency food and drink as said, there is the smaller food stores with a limited selection (Chissolm´s) and the Gas Station just 1-3 miles away from our Home.

You will find a white folder at the small desk in the living room where we also marked the best snorkeling sites to explore.

For the past 40 years I and my family have been visiting this beautiful island. We bought this extraordinary home at the more quieter North Side from renowned artist April Cornel. Her lively decor and islands color with her "Cave Wall Paintings" impacted me the first moment I entered this Villa. Her Decor is still present throughout the Rooms and give this Home a special charm and liveliness.

Having lived in various areas on the island including 7-Mile Beach and West Bay, we find that the North Side is our preferred location. At our Beach Front Home you will feel more "relaxed", more as a "Local" versus the the other areas on the Island which are more Touristic oriented.

My hobbies are Tennis, Bicycling, Diving, Swimming and Travelling in General.

My favorite places to visit are:
