My town home sits in corner of 25th and Champa and my door/porch face 25th St (fire hydrant on curb). Walk out my door and go left 3 blocks to Welton St. and historic Five Points and L Line light rail station. Two blocks left on Welton find Coffee at the Point and Rosenberg's Deli. Walk 4 blocks to right down 25th to Larimer and vibrant RiNo (rinoartdistrict.org) Denver Central Market on 2700 block is food emporium with many choices in repurposed building. Bars, restaurants, nightlife. A 9-block stroll on Champa St. toward the distant Rockies lands you on 16th Street pedestrian mall with free shuttle. Take it down to LoDo and Union Station. Buses to Boulder & CO Springs depart from Union Station. Recommendations: Clifford Stills Museum, Denver Art Museum, Red Rocks, Snooze or Syrup for breakfast, Uchi for sushi, Meadowlark Cafe, Confluence Park.

A Southern boy by birth (Go Bama!), I caught the travel bug living in Zimbabwe two years after college. Since then, I've experienced 7 continents (35 countries so far). Trips have included working on service projects living with locals. Thus my interest in meeting others "on the road." Twenty years Colorado has been home. Host here most of the time, and when available to socialize with guests. Happy to share tips about events, restaurants, entertainment, sightseeing and more. My goal is to deliver a comfortable, convenient overnight accommodation for guests much of Denver as they wish. I've enjoyed socializing with many guests while comfortable hosting guests I never meet in person.

Guest services when available:
Car service upon request and for a fee. I will deliver/pickup guests for locations around central Denver, Red Rocks Concerts, Light rail station, and Denver Airport (DIA).
Custom half or all day excursions/experiences for guests by me (e.g. Boulder, Idaho Springs/Mt. Evans, etc.). Request guests inquire and confirm at least 3 days before arrival.
Car rental: My 4W SUV may occasionally be free to rent for summer or winter mountain excursions. Vehicle has ski rack and space for hiking gear. Valid driver's license and proof of insurance, and signed waiver required. Other conditions may apply. Ask before or when here.
