Our home is one mile away from little Saigon, about 8 miles (12/20 minutes) to Disneyland and the Convention Center, 9 miles (15 minutes) to Huntington Beach Pier and coastal areas, and about 20 min to Knott's Berry Farm. The 22 fwy is 2 blocks away and connects to the 5, 57 and 55 fwys. The 405 fwy is 7 min away.

Prostor
Our home is centrally located close to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Huntington Beach and the coastal area, South Coast Plaza and many more attractions that make southern California unique.
The room has a comfortable 10×11 sq. ft. of living area.
The bathroom is shared with another Airbnb room (when occupied) and it is maintained clean on a daily basis. There is an extra bathroom available if needed.

There is no access to the back yard since there is a drain unprotected pool

For allergy reasons absolutely no pets of any kind.
There is plenty of street parking although often l allow my guest to park on designated areas of my driveway.
On street sweeping day ( every 1st and 3rd Tuesday ) you can park your car on my driveway while the sweeper does its job.
Please plan ahead the use of the kitchen to avoid noise after 10:00 pm.

Very quiet and safe neighborhood, public transportation is just around the corner as well as freeway access.
All kind of restaurants from all over the world but specially the asian cuisine is just a short walking distance
