Small private room located near major shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Great for an economy traveler that is traveling light. The space is great for one person. Furnished with a twin size bed where you can relax after an exciting day. For those traveling on business there is a fold out table & chair stored in the trundle bed to make work convenient. A private refrigerator lets you keep your food & drinks at hand. A great location to stay close to downtown dining and shopping. You will be staying in small private room in a 6 bedroom 3 bathroom home, with a shared kitchen and shared restrooms. You will have access to all 3 bathrooms so there is always a bathroom available for your use.

The room has a new regular twin size bed. There is a refrigerator in the room as well as a personal AC unit to stay cool. The house has high speed wireless internet. There are free laundry machines in the home. Newly added bathroom with a rainfall shower makes for a wonderfully refreshing spa like shower experience. Free private parking on the property is very convenient. The house features self check in until till 10 pm. The home has combination smart locks and automatic lighting so making your way through the home is easy. We are available to help if you should need anything or have any questions through 24/7 AIRBNB MESSAGE support. During the daytime we are available to take phone calls if your questions are not answered through airbnb messages.

This is a well maintained and nice space. This home is owner occupied. We love being Airbnb hosts and look forward to welcoming you to our home for your long term stay in California. We live on the property and supervise the activities of our home regularly while still providing the privacy that professional travelers expect. For our guests' safety, we have security cameras on the property, which monitor shared common spaces. We will always be available to assist and help our guests make the most of their traveling experience. We are usually home and available to guests when our support is needed. Since we reside on the property, rest assured, there will always be someone there to help. We aim to provide our guests with the attention they need and deserve.

About Me:
I graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine. I attended Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine but decided that a career in nursing was more compatible with the life that I have built with my family. I love to read and love visiting national monuments. I have a passion for hiking and exploring new trails. I love making new friends and swapping stories about travel adventures. I am proficient in English and Spanish. Learning different languages is an interest of mine, and I plan to begin studying Mandarin in the future.
