Clean and cozy apartment right in the heart of Sutton. Within walking distance of all amenities and the municipal park/pool. 5 minutes drive from Mont Sutton ski resort, hiking and fat bike trails. Perfect location for cyclists and a nice hot tub to soak in after a day of activities.

The apartment has a separate entrance from the house which gives onto the backyard. It's located near the municipal park which has a soccer field, swimming pool, tennis courts, a baseball diamond, deck hockey, skate park and playground. There are also walking/bike paths that run the length of the village. All restaurants, pubs/micro-breweries, cultural events and shops are within walking distance. Mount Sutton ski resort and hiking/fatbike trails are only a 5 minute drive.

Guests staying in the apartment have hot tub access and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a queen bed in the bedroom with lots of closet and storage space and there is a pull-out sofabed in the living room, suitable for 1-2 children or 1 adult.
