300 yards to Glendon Beach. Fully furnished studio awaits for your Cape getaway. Head to the beach in the morning and you're close enough to walk back for lunch.

The studio comes with a queen bed, a twin bed, kitchen with stove, fridge, coffee maker and microwave, air conditioning, 40" smart TV, newly renovated bathroom, Wifi, and access to the shared courtyard with grills and furniture.

We have renovated a condominiumized motel that consists of studio rooms with a common courtyard. The space is great for family and friend gatherings as everyone is able to enjoy the beach, surrounding fun and courtyard together while still having their own space. (Sorry we don't have any efficiency condos with adjoining doors)
* Please note we also have (2) additional studios located on Polly Fisk Lane, less than 1 mile from Near Beach Rentals. So if you need more than (6) studios for your family / friend gathering we have you covered!

Near Beach Rentals is family owned by a sister & brother and the 2 lucky characters who married them. My name is Samantha and I’m one of those lucky 2! My husband Mark has been vacationing at the Cape since he was a child and like many, he fell in love with the area and so have I. So much so, that we decided to open Near Beach Rentals which has (6) rental studios and also purchase another (2) studio rentals less than 1 mile away from Near Beach Rentals. With Mark being a jack of all trades, and myself being a farm girl with hospitality in my blood, this is a dream come true. We are owner operators which means we will be around throughout your stay changing over studios and taking care of the grounds. Our studios are comfortable, clean and they offer excellent local scenery in our friendly beach town. Come, stay with us and enjoy all that the Cape has to offer.
