This apartment has been renovated in April 2018 and is fully equipped to have a comfortable stay in Nice. It is located 5min walk to the Old Town and steps away from the beach! The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, shops and cafés and cherry on the cake you have a sea view from the sunny balcony!

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a nice building with a secured entrance and an elevator. It has a sunny balcony with a nice view. If you look to your right from the terrace you can see the sea just 50 meters away ☺

For your comfort the apartment has been equipped with a double bed as well as a sofa to enjoy a relaxing evening after a busy day exploring the city.
The kitchen is fully equipped an open onto the living area. Both the kitchen and the living area have a window opening up onto the balcony.
The apartment is facing East so you will get plenty of sun in the mornings!

The studio is just a 5 minute walk to the Old Town and its daily Farmers Market where every morning you can discover all the fresh produce France has to offer (fruit, vegetables, cheese, fish, flowers…).

Nice is one of my favourite cities. On top of the gorgeous weather throughout the year it has everything you need to have the best holiday here in the South of France (sea, sun, lots of entertainment, a beautiful Old Town, cute villages in the surroundings…)

The Old Town is so cute, you’ll enjoy getting lost in its small alleys filled with shops, art galleries and restaurants. Forget your watch and just keep track of time with the church bells ringing every hour.
All kinds of shops and a large selection of bars and restaurants are located less than a 1 minute walk from the studio, take your pick!

Everything is on your doorstep to have the best time in Nice!

My name is Fanny and I'm French.
After traveling and living in several countries around the globe I finally came back home to Nice 5 years ago and I love this city!

I used to be an event production manager but in 2012 I decided to start my own business and the fast expansion of the holiday rentals industry seemed like a good opportunity for me.

I've travelled a lot and I know how the accommodation you stay in and the people you meet while travelling can impact your stay.

So when I started ZEN Holiday Rentals I knew I wanted to give my guests a true local experience and a high quality of service.
The properties I manage are not mine but I treat them like if they were and I know them as well as my own home. Actually, most of these properties I've furnished and decorated myself!

I am very proud to manage properties that are up to high standards, well maintained and super clean. I also make sure that each property is fitted with everything you might need for a great stay in a home away from home.

From the moment you book till the end of your stay, you'll be assigned a local point of contact. All our team members are very friendly, speak several languages and know Nice very well so you'll be in good hands!
