ITS LIKE HAVING BEDROOM INSIDE OF A BEDROOM. 2 bathrooms ,custom designed with rock walls and hot tub/"Jacuzzi"). 16'ft ceilings,6 min walk to Airport station. (Blu line) 7 min ride to Downtown Boston. 5 min to the airport. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, bars, pharmacy,parks, gym, etc. NO PARTIES or Events allowed. Free street parking from 8am- 6pm and all day on Weekends,Paid garages near by.

My home is beautiful, clean ,charming and cozy. It has been completely renovated from top to bottom. 16ft ceilings through the apartment. There are 2 bedrooms, each bedroom has a loft space that adds another room to the bedroom. You have total privacy and light control from loft beds. TV include on lofts Bedroom #1 is a master bedroom suitable for handicap or people with difficult mobility. It has a Queen size bed on ground level of the bedroom a Fulton it also has its on spacious bathroom with farm door.(30" opening ) with safety bars, tub is 1 ft height from the floor making easy to get in, big bathroom sink, amazing wood work designed. There is a loft bed with a King size bed with a memory foam, ceiling Height 3'7" super comfortable. It feels like an entire new room up there. Bedroom #2 has incredible wood work. a Full size bed (sleeps two comfortably) on ground level Big windows natural wood walls, on loft you have a queen size bed in one side with smart TV and cable. Its like having a private bedroom up there. On the other side of the loft you have a twin bed on top and a twin bed on the bottom each bed has its on lighting for comfort and convenience. In one bedroom you have 4 separate spaces. Hardwood flooring throw the entire apartment. Bathroom #2 has incredible wood work, Deep Jacuzzi Tub (HOT TUB WITH JETS) Rock walls in shower, Hand held shower head . Great water pressure. Glass bath sink. you will feel like you are in a Sauna. open space on Kitchen/Living room. beautiful wood cabinets, extra large fridge, gas stove , hood microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, granite counter tops, lots of natural lighting . Height Dinning table solid wood. Fits 8 people, (have extra chairs if needed) Living room has a solid daybed with a twin trundle underneath .Extremely comfortable mattress . wood coffee table , 60" smart TV with cable. Apartment has its own private entrance with 2 steps only to get in. Central AC/HEAT .Important to have all windows closed at all times to eliminate street noise. Extra coat hangers and mirrors in every room. great wifi . We have Ring Doorbell civilian security camera outside right at front door of the apartment It gives you straight communication with me in case you run into any problems at check in. Just press the ring button and you can reach me anywhere. I am on my phone 24/7 to assist with anything you might need.
PARKING: its okay to park anywhere around the house from 8am to 6pm on weekdays. Before/after those hours you "might" get a ticket ($40-$60) if the city checks on your car, not a towing . FREE OVER THE WEEKENDS AT ALL TIMES.

5-6 min walk to the airport station. 7 min drive to Boston downtown. lots of restaurants just minutes walking distance from the house. great park near by with bike/walk trail. beautiful playground great for little ones . straight down the street 6 min walk. parking on street permitted from 8am to 6pm on weekdays and unlimited over the weekends . city might give you a ticket if you are parked out of the permitted hours. ( 1 ticket for 24hrs not a towing)
