This charming, semi-private cottage, set in a quiet country location is perfect for your next getaway. Small kitchenette with sink, fridge and microwave provides you with kitchen basics. PLEASE NOTE: there is no stove/oven in this room.
Bathroom is equipped with all the necessities plus extras like a two person shower with rain fall shower head.
Outside is a 2-3 person hot tub along with a beautiful pergola with string lights and adirondack chairs.

Prostor
The Cottage has all the basics plus amazing extras that you need for your stay. Soap, shampoo, Keurig coffee with several options of coffees, hot chocolate, tea and some amazing locally grown microwave popcorn that is famous in our area. The hot tub is a great luxury that gives you something extra to look forward to at the end of your day.

The Cottage also houses two of the famed antique Herman Miller chairs that were left here on the property when we purchased it. I have restored them and placed them in The Cottage for their comfort and mid-century modern appeal. Also in room, is a cute, comfy love seat with floor pouf ottoman.
We've also included a small, sleek computer table that is folded up and out of the way unless you choose to use it. Its a great option for any time needing to be spent on your laptop or even if you just need a little extra surface space for food/drinks, etc.
If you choose to use the firepit just outside we have plenty of dried wood along with firestarters and lighters. There are marshmallow roasters available upon request.
Our family lives in a home just across the lane from the Cottage. We are available should you need anything during your stay. We enjoy hosting, especially on the weekends. We will respect your privacy, but please be aware there will be activity on the property and our normal life will continue on around you.

Our cottage is located in the country. We live on a fairly busy country road, but with the driveway being so long it makes it feel remote and quiet. We have Amish neighbors so you will likely come upon horse drawn buggies, etc.

I'm a homeschool mom of 5 kids who loves *quiet *coffee *books *summer *family time.
My husband and I recently moved to this home after doing extensive renovations and are so happy to be in this private location.
My husband, Greg, works for his dad pumping concrete and I stay home full time and run school/home things.
We are continuing on the tradition of hosting at this location as my grandparents built and created this haven and hosted bed and breakfast guests here for years before they became too elderly to keep up with it. We feel honored to be able to walk in their steps and give our guests the privilege of enjoying the peace this place provides. We intend to make your stay quiet and peaceful and relaxing. A hiatus from the crazy, busy, hectic lives we usually find ourselves in.
