Cabin sits 40 feet above the water with incredible views from living room, dining room and kitchen. Brand new renovations bring a clean, airy feel. All new appliances, flooring and furniture. Wood plank floors give the warmth you look for in a Maine cabin. We have transformed this family treasure to take full advantage of our love of the water and sailing. Watch the constant parade of beautiful sailing vessels and lobster boats.

In addition to the living room, there is a separate open den area with a tv. This offers guests two separate areas to relax. Also, the master bedroom and bath have a hall door that can close to offer separated privacy from the other bedrooms and den area. This is great for two or three couples to share the cabin and still have privacy. There is an incredible breeze that comes off of the water to cool the cabin. The two new sets of sliding doors have screens to allow for air to flow through the cabin.

I am an avid traveler and love being near the water. I started an investment firm thirty years ago and understand how important relaxing near the water is to physical and mental health. I have been married for 38 years and have three children, twin girls and a son. I am now a grandmother of twins. My father purchased this property 50 years ago. He passed away 25 years ago and I decided I had to purchase and renovate the cabin 3 years ago for my children and grandchildren. I have found few places around the U.S. that exhibit the patriotism found in Harpswell and the surrounding communities. Bringing children to this area to see Americana is a great way to pass on our heritage. I also love sailing. My father bought this cabin because of the great sailing in the area that can be seen right from the kitchen.
