Important Property Notes:
• The kitchenette at Blue Jay's Perch comes equipped with an oven and stovetop, mini-fridge, sink, mini-microwave, coffee maker, and all appropriate dishes and cookware, however, it does not have a dishwasher.
• The cabin does not come equipped with a washer and dryer.
• Guests must furnish their own firewood to use the wood fireplace.
• The lower level of Blue Jay's Perch is used by Carolina Mornings housekeepers. The lower level entrance is on the opposite side of the house as the guest entrance, so you shouldn't notice them at all!
• While the cabin is surrounded by trees, traffic can be heard from the nearby road, especially during peak commuting hours.
• A visit to the Village of Cheshire provides an authentic mountain experience. Please be prepared to encounter rough terrain such as steep, unpaved trails and stone stairs when walking to your cabin from the parking area. Appropriate footwear and easy-to-carry luggage is strongly suggested.
• Fireplace Out-of-Order. Please note the fireplace at Blue Jay's Perch is out of order and unavailable to guests, pending repair.

• For any reservation with pets, please note that only dogs are allowed. Your reservation requires a pet fee of $75 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed on your reservation.
• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in cancellation of your reservation.

• The pet policies for this vacation rental, which can be found on the last page of your rental agreement, should be reviewed PRIOR TO BOOKING.
