Welcome to Seas the Bay! Our nautical-themed, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo features water views and a full kitchen! The condo is located on the first floor of the Flagship building at The Landmark Resort.

The family-friendly resort has lots to do! 4 pools including an indoor and 3 outdoor pools that overlook the Bay. Basketball, shuffleboard, tennis, fitness room, arcade, and playground. Only a 2-minute drive to downtown Egg Harbor!

Enjoy beautiful Egg Harbor with a 3 minute drive to the town center. Gorgeous sunsets from The Landmark perched atop the bluff overlooking the water. 4 swimming Pools and whirlpools! Basketball, shuffleboard, basketball and tennis courts.

Our family of four is from the Green Bay area and recently moved to Sarasota FL. We own and manage vacation properties through our company, The Simple Life Hospitality. We have a team in Wisconsin that takes care of our vacation properties located there and have a team in Florida too! Our dream is to own a network of vacation rentals across the US and we are on our way! We enjoy hosting families and friends in our vacation rentals. We take great pride in our homes and furnish them as high end accommodations that we would appreciate staying in on our vacations.
