This 110m2 apartment included a mini bar, the great Saigon River view to all of District 1. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
The apartment is in Millennium Masteri apartment, which is the most luxurious building in HCMC right now.
The infinity pool and facilities in the building is the best in HCMC.

Location: District 4 (but it takes 5 mins from my home to District 1 ( BenThanh Market, Bui Vien, Pham Ngu Lao Street,...). You will be easy to go anywhere. (district 1 is very big, our place even closer than many areas of district 1 to the BenThanh market), very close to Vinh Khanh street food

This apartment has many more spaces, not just only living room and bedrooms.

District 4 is heaven of local food. It has many local restaurant, especially Vietnamese Seafood, many local people come to D4 to eat and drink with friends.
Moreover, the location is just right next to central of D1, within 1km, you will reach Ben Thanh Market and Pham Ngu Lao street.

Local Market near by and 24/24 stores are in the building.
