Beautifully remodeled 1960's home in the heart of Cookeville. Only 3 miles from I40 and located .5 a mile from TTU, Cookeville Hospital, and the historic downtown where you will find Ralph's Donuts, Cream City Ice Cream, Crawdaddys, Red Silo and much more. Also less than 10 miles from Cummins Falls, 12 miles to Burgess Falls and 3.6 miles to Crossfit Mayhem- truly near it all! This is a new listing but we are not new hosts- we also host "1950's charmer" which has over 90 five star reviews!

This cozy home was remodeled in 2018 and has lots of character with original hardwood floors, antique doorknobs and fireplace in the main bedroom. Fully furnished kitchen adorns new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Spacious living room with cozy furniture and a TV with Roku access (no cable). Master bedroom has king size bed and adjoining bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have large closets. Large sun room contains a desk and train table making this a perfect place for kiddos. Also in the sun room, a washing machine and dryer and access to the large open backyard.

Stacey, a former school teacher and mom of 3. Mallie, a former business owner, current realtor, and mom of 3. Together, we are great friends and both stay at home moms with a knack for entertaining, decorating and hospitality.
In 2017, we pulled our husbands into this crazy idea of purchasing a fixer upper. We found the perfect one that we nicknamed Ol' Blue and our husbands were able to renovate in between their full time jobs and raising kids as well. Not long after we knew we wanted something in town and looked for months to find the perfect fit and something our town would allow us to rezone to meet the city's air bnb requirements. It is currently one of the only air bnb homes within the city limits and we had so much fun remodeling it and making it perfect for our guests. Now, we've recently added a third and hope to continue our goal of added one home a year!
Our desire is to make the best experience possible for our guests as they enjoy the wonderful city of Cookeville that we all love so well!
