a huge bay, small islands, two small rivers, 'réserve faunique', paths through forests and farmland;
an eerily devoid space, no urban noises, few people, infinite views of the st Lawrence river; majestic historic huge church across the street, extremely discreet/quiet immediate neighbours, drugstore, post office, hardware store, public health provincial service centre, last restaurant, all within 5/10min walk; no gaz station; 15min walk to the wharf from where one can cross to the island also called isle-verte'; bicycle paths along the big river and beyond

Since 1990, I have personally rebuilt my House into 3 levels+attic; workshop attached, for bicycle storage . Level 2 the 4 bedrooms+common space+bathroom; Level 3 the studio. Windows 24 (3'x5' or over, fully opening bedrooms ones screened)
House sits in the midst of a unhindered forest grown since my acquisition, 1990 ; Land covers 1800 meters or 20,000 feet insuring total privacy, looking towards the old church, St Lawrence river.
Village is empty, walking paths around;
Services within walking 5mins
Clsc/post/grocery/church/hardware/restaurant;
Bicycles are stored securely within my atelier;
Bathrooms are power ventilated from the roof, insuring a negative pressure up toward the outside;
Extremely quiet, small rivers, forest, shores to walk by
Since 1990 working the whole to my own needs, both as architect, computer imager, labor doing wood/concrete stuff, never ending.
For my visitors, the third, studio level, means complete privacy within 8 windows opening of my forest, good for 4 adults two kids or 6 adults only yet maybe a bit crowed;
For my visitors, the second, bedroom/common kitchen/dining level means up to 8 people can rent the four bedrooms;
I live within my own quarters in the fourth, a fully set attic thus always here to be of service.
Studio and each bedroom have a modern locking handle+ an inner sliding latch when one feel the need;
All shoes removed on the rubber mat at main entrance which is daily sanitized; the whole house, daily is absolutely ventilated;
