Bright, large room in beautiful North Boulder townhome. Townhome is in a private, quiet location yet is close to shopping, restaurants and bike trails. New Beautyrest mattress in July 2021. It has two large windows and a large closet.

*Host is fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 and requires guests to provide proof of full vaccination and booster if it has been more than 5 months since their last dose of MNRA vaccine or more than 2 months since receipt of J&J vaccine.

Bright room in beautiful North Boulder townhome. Townhome is in a private, quiet location yet is close to shopping, restaurants and bike trails. The room has all new furniture, including mattress and box spring and is immaculate. The room has its own small refrigerator. The room is on a separate floor from owner's bedroom and from main living area of home. Very comfortable for two people. The bathroom is large and was recently updated.

Neighborhood is very convenient to Boulder's many bus lines.

The neighborhood is quiet and secluded, yet right off of a main thoroughfare and less than a mile to restaurants and shopping. There are many biking/walking trails in the neighborhood which connect in with the larger Boulder trail system. There is a Safeway within walking distance, and Lucky's Market and Cafe and the Boulder School of Natural Medicine are just a short bike ride away. There is a new Schwinn bicycle for guest use.

I am a Colorado licensed realtor and the owner of an HR education company. I normally split time between Boulder, CO and my hometown of West Chester, PA.

For a number of years in Pennsylvania I hosted international interns working at Siemens, SAP, and Boiron. I have also been a host parent to international students from Germany, China, South Korea, and Moldova.

I love to travel and I enjoy meeting new people. I lived in the south of France for two years. I have spent a great deal of time in Germany. I have also traveled throughout much of western and eastern Europe, and I have visited Russia. I recently did two stints in New Zealand and I am eager to return. I speak French, German, and Spanish.

I love Boulder and all that it offers, and I am happy to share this beautiful area with my guests.

I am open to interact with guests yet I give my guests the level of privacy they desire. I have wound up becoming friends with some of my guests. Others I barely saw during their stays. My bedroom and the main living area to my home are on separate floors than the guest room, so it is possible for guests to have a high level of privacy.
