Die Wohnung liegt nah am Park und unweit der Leopoldstraße, Cafés, Restaurants & kleine Läden sind direkt um die Ecke. Zwei Minuten zur U-Bahn, Bus & Tram, die in 5 Minuten schnell in die Innenstadt führen.

Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer: Ein Wohnzimmer, dort findet ihr neben dem Doppelbett einen ausziehbaren Tisch zum gemütlichen Sitzen oder planen des nächsten Tages, im Arbeitszimmer habt ihr einen großem Schreibtisch und Doppelbett und dann habt ihr noch ein kleines Zimmer mit Schreibtisch und Einzelbett. Steckdosen mit USB Ladeanschlüssen sind in jedem Zimmer eingebaut.
Im Bad findet ihr neben Fön alles essentielle. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, vom Eierkocher zu diversen Kaffeemaschinen, Wasserkocher und anderen Küchengeräten. Im Flur findet ihr neben Tipps für die Region, und Lieblingsrestaurants, auch Regenschirme sowie eine Sitzbank zum bequemen Schuhe ausziehen nach einem ereignisreichen Tag in München.

Ich mag die Atmosphäre hier in diesem Teil von München sehr gerne. Du gehst nur zur Haustür raus und bis gleich direkt im Leben, mit Cafés, diversen verschiedenen internationalen Restaurants. Das Ganze hat einen 'Community' Character. Diverse Bäckereien, Kioske und ein ganz vielfältiger Asia Laden sind gleich um die Ecke. Und nicht zu vergessen, Schwabing ist bekannt dafür, an praktisch jeder Ecke einen Frisör zu haben, falls Ihr mal einen braucht. Neuerdings gibt es auch Spas, Wellness & Massage und natürlich das Nordbad mit Sauna...und es ist nur wenige Minuten zum fantastischen Luitpoldpark...mit Joggern, Bikern, Walkern, Fußball, oder einfach Menschen, die Freude an der Natur haben - und einen tollen Biergarten mit Restaurant gibt es hier auch. Zum Oktoberfest sind es nur wenige Minuten mit der Bahn.

I am a passionate gardener & nature girl, enjoy winter camping at the seaside but warm weather as well. I fancy a good meal, love cooking and trying out recipes from other cultures. Reading a book is just as relaxing as well. I grow my vegetables, fruits and herbs in my garden at home near Stuttgart, where I spend my weekends. I am a WE commuter to my little family with 2 kids and a lovely husband. My apartment in Munich is centrally located, with nice parks in walking distance, the park round the corner leads to the Olympic Park and its a nice walk to the English Garden as well. Although having a hunch for nature, I definitely need a clean apartment to feel 'home' and comfortable.
