Our home is a cosy warm space. It’s very airy and is perfectly located for those on the move
It’s in a quiet residential area but only 3-4 minutes from the main motorways
My partner & I are offering a choice of two single rooms (one on the ground floor & one upstairs) each are listed separately

It’s a chilled out space and we love meeting new people

We live in a quiet area ... about 10-15 minutes drive from Belfast, just over an hour north of Dublin airport. There are rail, bus links nearby for those who require them
This room has a double bed, it's own separate cable TV (Virgin Media) with all the movies & sports etc
The room is quiet & directly opposite our bathroom on the first floor

Armagh & Newry are only a 25 minute drive down the motorway... Belfast is a 10 minute drive up the motorway
