Fifteen minutes from downtown, in a neighborhood right off the 440, this light-filled apartment includes a full bedroom, living area, bathroom, kitchenette and washer/dryer.

We are located in the West End/Hillsboro neighborhood, near the center of Nashville, within a short distance of downtown, the 12 South neighborhood, Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities, Centennial Park and the Green Hills mall.

Guests park in our driveway and enter through a private entrance in our fenced-in backyard.

I live with my wife, daughter (12) and son (4) in Nashville, TN. We have an independent apartment above our home that we rent on Airbnb. We are fortunate to live within about 15 minutes of all that Nashville has to offer. Being conveniently located also means we're easy to find - just a few turns off of I-440.
