The cement tile–accented shower is stocked with bath essentials. An open floor plan kitchen/living room with an industrial dining table that converts into a stand-up desk for all that important work you’ll pretend to be doing. Restore yourself in the morning with a Nespresso and peacefully end your day with the invigorating aroma and flavor of fair-trade caffeine-free Harney & Sons organic peppermint tea. 65" 4K Roku smart TV in living room and 55" 4K Roku smart TV in bedroom. Beach chairs and supplies (sunscreen, beach towels, beach bag, cooler) are at the ready for a quick trip to one of the many local beaches for a tranquil day of sun and relaxation. Curl up with Legends of Old Wilmington & Cape Fear coffee table book or challenge your brain assembling the 550-piece “Historic Downtown Wilmington” jigsaw puzzle. And don't forget the hundreds of amazing bars and restaurants just steps outside the front door!

*2 king beds – featuring Indigo Mattresses made with the finest materials (certified through CertiPUR-US program), providing two great feels (each side can be flipped to individual comfort – both beds are set at medium gel memory foam (5 firmness) which appeals to most people – but the top layer can be flipped to a firm foam (7 firmness) in one bedroom and a soft foam (3 firmness) in the back bedroom, if that is your preference. These beds use clean chemistry and are environmentally friendly, gifting you deep, regenerative sleep. Made locally, in the great state of North Carolina.

This is the BEST location in downtown Wilmington! Located on Market Street one block from the Riverwalk, you are in the perfect spot to explore the most amazing spots downtown! Take in the gorgeous sunsets! Local breweries abound. The Front Street Brewery, New Anthem Beer Project, and Ironclad Brewery are all within a block away. Excellent food, local brews and service! If you would like something more upscale, dine next door at Pinpoint Restaurant, Seabird, or around the corner at Circa 1922 with elegant cherry wood furnishings and the largest tapas and wine menu in town (try the $7 bar menu nightly and 1/2 price wine on Wednesday). The Spicy Peach Margarita at Rumcow is a must-have. Whether you are coming for business or pleasure, we have the perfect condo for all your needs. While walking around our historic town, you are sure to see crews filming movies, mini-series, and commercials. Hi, I’m Paula!
My husband Chan and I moved to Wilmington in October of 20 after living in Alexandria VA for most of our lives. We visited Wilmington for the first time in April of 19 and fell in love with it. I immediately began searching for our first Airbnb. Within a few months we purchased what is now known as Elephant on Market. Fast forward a year, and after spending lots of time at the condo visiting, the pandemic hits and we can work from anywhere. So we threw caution to the wind and decided to buy a historic home in downtown Wilmington. Talk about an adventure. We are now in the midst of a pretty substantial restoration project just a few blocks from the condo and have built our second Airbnb - now known as Steer on Dock. The house was built in 1855 by the same architect as the Bellamy Mansion. It's been a lot of work but will be AMAZING when it's done. Please hit me up if you want to come over for a tour while you are visiting.

I’m fun and easy going and really love meeting new people on my adventures. My favorite things in the world are music, animals, photography, and interior design. I especially love the beach and am completely obsessed with my French bulldog Atlas. Oh, and I love coffee and foodie stuff and WINE! I also have a passion for real estate and would love to learn additional languages. Speaking Spanish would really come in handy.
