Hwy 54 is minutes away. Weston Point is off the KK exit. This offers quick assess to Lake Ozark, Sunrise Beach, Camdenton, Jefferson City, Laurie and even Labanon. There are several golf courses nearby. Bagnell dam strip and The Outlet Mall along with everything in Lake Ozark is just a short drive. Tan Tar A Margaritaville is 1 mile up the street along with Jeffreys, Micheal's Steak Chalet, Redheads and Shorty Pants within minutes. Extremely quiet and peaceful location but close to everything you would want or need!

Boeger Lake Homes is a family run and operated vacation rental company. We enjoy hosting guests here at the Lake of the Ozarks and meeting people from all over the country. We work to provide clean, safe and updated properties for professionals and families traveling to the lake. We treat everyone with the highest respect and we try to be as accommodating as we can, as we want everyone everyone to fully enjoy their lake vacation. As hosts, we are fully available to our guests via messaging through the Airbnb app, text messaging, Emails, phone calls and even in person. We live about 3 hours from the lake but come in weekly, usually on weekends. We love meeting our guests, but also respect your privacy and realize that most guests would like to be able to check in and enjoy their stay on their own, with the reassurance that their host would be available immediately and we work on that premises. We are just friendly, down to earth people who want your stay here in the Ozarks to be wonderfully memorable.

Guests receive a keypad code on the day of arrival that allows for entry, no physical key is given. This allows us to offer early check ins to many of our guests as you can arrive at your convenience. I am available through Airbnb messenger, text, phone calls and email before and during your stay. I retain rights to enter the property at anytime especially in cases of possible injury or harm to individuals or the property itself with a minimum of 30 minute notice.
