We are in a residential area on the mountain top. You can easily get to the city centre and beach in 10-15mn ride with car or motor. My place is quiet, very tranquil, a good place to relax and get your mind off things. Also have an access to an indoor swimming pool so if you have a tiring day, not want to go to the beach but still want your feet wet, it is at your leisure. You can also sunbathe on the rooftop.
