The apartment is light and clean and in good condition. It has one bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, balcony with a bit of sea view and a living room with a giant sofa. It's big with 54 m2 and has a lot of closets. It's got Wi-Fi, 55” smart TV (netflix e.g.), Google Chromecast, and a bluetooth speaker. There's also possibility for one extra floor mattress. It's located close to the metro station and the city center can be reached in 15 min.
