Kharma 14 is two storey holiday home in Laem Mae Phim. It has 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a balcony on upper floor. The open plan kitchen, dining, living room and a toilet is located on the ground floor with access to the terrace and private pool. The terrace provides shade, the pool is great for cooling off and its' deck perfect for tanning.

The villa is located at Seabreeze Residence, a residential complex built in 2009. In a thriving, well-kept and safe residential area, there is a large pool area with children's pool and restaurant next to the swimming pool. Security is on site 24/7. The Seabreeze residential pool is greatly appreciated while vacationing in tropics. The residential area is located 200m away from the beach!

The residential area is about 200 meters from a stunning 5 km long sandy Mae Phim beach which is just 2 hours’ drive from Bangkok AirPort in Rayong Province.

Welcome to my vacation paradise at SeaBreeze! I'm Ulla-Maija Kurkela with nick name Umi. You can reach me in a short time with (Hidden by Airbnb) , phone, email or Messanger.

I have worked as an accommodation provider for ten years. Numerous guests come to our house again and again, which shows satisfaction with our hospitality, house and lovely Mae Phim. I am an avid traveler in Southeast Asia and part-time resident of Mae Phim'n.

In our holiday home you can have a cup of coffee or fix up some breakfast in mornings, listen birds singing and sit by the terrace surrounded lush garden with palm trees. Let the kids or rest of the traveling group wake up their own time. Dip in your private pool. Use free WIFI to post some pictures or catch up with your work - if you have to. Cook some fresh seafood on charcoal grill or experiment with local ingredients in the kitchen. Have a family dinner in your holiday home or near by restaurants - the closest ones are just within a short walking distance.

In our holiday home you can experience Thailand and Mae Phim as its best.

Welcome to our pool villa, the place to relax and chill near the sea!
Key delivery and introduction of the house is given by our co-operation agency Quality Voyage. Their office is located outside of the residential area only few hundred meters away. They offer services like taxi, holiday trips and assist if some issues come along at the house: burned lamps and other maintenance related things.
The security at the area operates 24/7 and is available for emergency issues.
The transportation to the house can be arranged by the house owner, the taxi drive from Suvarnabhumi airport takes about 2,5 hours depending of the traffic.
