Kitchen amenities provided, including Keurig and a 3/4 fridge. Backyard hot tub, walking distance to neighbor lake, with a sandy beach. You can swim, while borrowing our paddle board. 10 mins to historic Old Town, 30 min drive to Cheyenne, 60 minute drive to Denver or Estes Park! Kid friendly house. We’ll spoil you!

Hello and welcome to our Airbnb!
Originally from the Philadelphia area, but have been in Fort Collins for 26 years. I am an extroverted person who loves entertaining and getting to know new people. I enjoy traveling around the globe whenever possible.
The town of Fort Collins is nestled just along the foothills of Northern Colorado. We have been repeatedly voted the #1 city in the United States. Our Old Town area, which Walt Disney modeled Main Street USA, Disney World after, is sprinkled with a bevy of restaurants, musical venues, an art museum, and unique and individual shops. Colorado State University and it’s campus and stadium are only 15 minutes down the road! Go Rams! We are within a 30 minute drive of some of the best hiking around, including Horsetooth Reservoir and the waterfall, the Poudre Canyon, The Mishawaka Amphitheater, and many more. Relax at the end of the day in our six person hot tub and enjoy the stars. We treat everybody like they are our own. We hope to see you soon!
