Located in the prestigious Pedregal community comprised of over 800 acres on the hillside overlooking Cabo and the Pacific Ocean side of Land´s End. There is nothing else like it in and around town. Here you will not be on a dusty dirt road unlike many condo complexes, instead, the entire road system here is all cobblestone and patrolled hourly to ensure that only guests and residents alike are permitted within its boundaries. The security of Pedregal has our guests returning every year, for its unparalleled safety, cleanliness, and beautiful landscaping. This is why you will find the most opulent homes throughout our community for residents here have spent millions on their personal residences after recognizing it´s one of a kind beauty and this highly sought after location in Cabo.

On the Portofino side you have sunrise views of the Sea of Cortez, and a good 1/2 walk up the hill takes you over Land´s End to the Pacific Ocean side of Pedregal where you get spectacular sunsets. The Pedregal community is known as the “Beverly Hills” of Cabo, and its not hard to see why with its multi-million dollar homes, private Sunset Beach, and SPECTACULAR VIEWS of the Sea of Cortez and city lights of town. You will feel SAFE and SECURE in this spacious condo with its great security 24/7 within the gated guarded Pedregal community. It´s a relaxing, quiet, and yet CONVENIENT location with only a 10 minute leisurely walk into town where you find plenty of great restaurants, bars and boutiques.

Our very own NEW Pickle ball courts, and Courtside Cafe are now OPEN. Also, on Wednesday and Saturdays, we have a Farmers market right at the entrance that provides fresh juices, breakfast, bakery goods, local organic fruit and produce as well as farm fresh eggs, chicken and lamb.

I fell in love with Cabo San Lucas in 2016 when I rented an Airbnb condo listed in the Portofino complex. It was my first time staying in an Airbnb as typically I would stay in all - inclusive resorts whenever I vacationed in Mexico which in the past had always been to the Gulf of Mexico. Cabo surprised me with its beautiful turquoise ocean, amazing sea life, warm Mexican culture, and lots and lots of fun things to do!!! The Baja spoke to the Bohemian woman in me! I soon learned that whatever your speed, Cabo has something for everyone.

The Airbnb experience hooked me, and so did the lifestyle in Cabo, so I decided to return to Vancouver, sell my house, and buy a condo in Portofino! No other location would do. I instantly fell in love with the beauty of the complex, the location, and the Pedregal community. It is simply unmatched in my opinion for all that it offers the tourists or the local resident alike.

I worked full-time for 2 years from the condo, and then purchased a second unit in the complex. Now, a Canadian snowbird, I reside in Cabo during the winter months but continue to work as an independent mortgage broker from both locations.

While I cannot facilitate financing for American citizens, I can coordinate and secure financing for all Canadians that own their own Canadian property and wish to purchase in the Cabo area. I remain dedicated to demonstrating to fellow Canadians just how affordable and easy it is to retire in Mexico and what a great alternative it can be.
