You are renting one bedroom with private bath room, and access to the rest of the house common areas - living room, kitchen with dinning area overlooking backyard with mature trees, where you can spot squirrels running around. Take a short walk and catch a ferry to San Francisco. EV charging is available using EVmatch.

Guests are welcome to use all areas in the house - living room, working desk and chair in the office which is between living room and dinning/kitchen. Laundry is in the garage downstairs with washing machine and clothes rack to dry. There’s no air conditioner as it is not needed, because house is close to the water there’s alway a breeze. Modern and efficient fan is available if needed, along with air purifier (though it always shows indoor air quality as Very Good).

Place is in quiet area within walking distance to ferry landing that goes to San Francisco. Downtown Napa is within 25 minutes drive. Six Flags Discovery Kingdom ~10 minutes drive away. Sonoma Raceway is 12 miles away.

I am easy going, like to explore new knowledge and places all the time, while traveling and while staying at home in San Francisco Bay Area.
Often go to symphony and theater performances, or just reading or watching movie at home. The rest of the time I spend outdoors - hiking, trails running, swimming, cycling, tennis, skiing etc.
My favorite country to visit is Switzerland (for natural beauty and quietness), and favorite city is London (for culture, history and architecture).
I am quite person, and strive to be organized.
