The 3rd floor private suite is located in an owner occupied historic century home that includes private walking access to the Lake Erie shore. It is available for a minimum (1) month rental, multiple consecutive months or standard (1) yr. lease period. It includes a newly remodeled kitchen. A quiet and private space. During the spring and summer months, we encourage our guests to relax on the large shaded stone terrace.

This brightly colored furnished 1,100 sq. ft. luxurious 3rd floor suite offers maximum privacy and safety for an individual or couple. The large 15’x20’ air conditioned bedroom features both a king size and double bed. Below the wall mounted 40” flatscreen T.V. are internet cable connections with WIFI capability adjacent to a folding leaf table that doubles as a work area when needed. A spacious common Sitting Room Library space full of art and architecture books separates the large bedroom from the private full bath that overlooks a wooded ravine and Lake Erie to the north. The newly renovated spacious14’x15’ Kitchenette-Dining Area includes new appliances, track lighting, stainless steel sink, maple butcher block counter, vinyl floor, pots and pans and new ceramic dinnerware place settings for four. Also included are bed sheets, blankets, pillow cases, bath towels, wash clothes and the use of a first floor laundry

John is an Architect and I'm a retired teacher, although I still sub. We both love to travel and new adventures are a favorite of ours. We are both very busy with daily life. John designing, keeping our pets content, cooking, tennis, reading
and being our resident handyman. I'm always off feeding feral cats, working out, tennis, lunch dates with close friends, reading and baking. Both of us have always loved meeting new people with different backgrounds and views. So we usually stay at B&B's and lately a couple of Airbnb's. Our experiences have always been fabulous.
