This is a beautiful newly finished unit with plenty of room and sunlight, and we are always remodeling, painting, upgrading, and adding art, décor and little touches to our rooms.

Your bedroom features a comfy new queen-sized bed and dressers and closets with ample space.

Your bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels, blow dryer, shampoo, body wash, shaving cream, cotton balls and Q-tips, moisturizer, makeup remover, and more. Forgot your toothbrush? No problem, we have you covered.

Your kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all of your meals.

The living room -- which looks onto the courtyard -- is designed for tip-top beach fitness preparation including a Concept 2 rowing ergometer, Versaclimber, weights, Med Balls, and a Personal Trainer/Strength and Conditioning coach on-site for your fitness needs.

From there you’re off to a long day on Santa Monica Beach, international shopping and dining on Montana Avenue or at the Third Street Promenade, giving it your all on the Santa Monica Stairs, or the Santa Monica Farmer's Markets on Wednesdays and Saturday mornings. And don’t forget the finest restaurants and nightlife.

Your vacation home is located in one of the most desirable areas in Santa Monica, 4 blocks from everything, between Idaho and Montana Avenues.

For your internet needs, there is a a Google Nest Mesh WiFi system. You will be very happy surfing the net at your ‘home away from home.’

Your ‘home away from home’ is located in one of the finest and safest neighborhoods in Santa Monica, conveniently located between Wilshire Boulevard and Montana Avenue, three blocks from Ocean Avenue.

It’s a very quiet, peaceful and tranquil area, near everything, that you will love and be very happy that you are staying here!

The building is situated on a street with beautiful tall palm trees with free parking right in front of the building. We provide you everything that you may need—or forget–in order to make your travel- and vacation-needs complete, fun, and easy; and make you happy in the process! :-)

You can walk to Third Street Promenade shopping, theaters, and restaurants; the Santa Monica Beach and Pier; morning exercise on the Santa Monica Stairs and much more.

There's a Blue Bus line stops right in the corner of 4th Street and Idaho right next to us that will take you almost anywhere in Los Angeles.
