Private studio apartment with exterior door entrance with a smart lock for easy access. Guest will receive a door code and can check-in anytime after 5 pm.

The studio offers a full-size closet; in the closet, you will find a clothing iron and ironing board, a small vacuum, and a swifter with pads to swift and mop. Small kitchen fully equipped with air fryer, electric pot, multi-cooker, mini toaster, mini slow cooker, cooking ware, silverware, plates, and cups. The room has a smart TV with free access to HBO Max, Hulu & Disney Plus. You can screen mirror your phone or tablet if you would like to use your own TV subscription. Full access to the fenced yard and private parking space in the driveway. The house is located on the corner therefore, you have no neighbors on your side of the studio.

The house is located in a historic and walkable neighborhood. We have many neighbors walking their dogs and working out at all times of the day. If you like to walk or run you can start from my house towards Emoriland Blvd, this is a beautiful colorful historic street. The neighbors are very pleasant, and you will find a neighborhood food pantry and library in front of one of the houses. You can walk 8 minutes and visit Roseanne Wolf Picnic Area.

LAUNDRY: There is no laundry machine provided in this listing. For guests staying over 28 days, I will provide a list of pick up and drop off services you can use and a list of local

SECURITY: We have cameras on the main house front door, kitchen door and one facing the driveway only. NO cameras are installed on the Airbnb Doors or facing the doors of the studio. The guest has complete privacy.

FIRE PIT: There is a fire pit in the yard and guests are welcome to use it. You can buy firewood at Lowes and Home Depot which are 8 minutes away.

PET: Approval to bring pets needs to be requested. Up to 3 small pets (dogs, cats, or other) and no more than 2 large pets. If you have more than 2 large pets, please check prior to booking, this will be considered depending on the # of days stay.

Monthly Stays: please check for the agreement and fee.

Please note, that the fee is to cover the cost of special cleaning products to remove allergens, and professional laundry services to remove any pet hair from the linen.

**Note: I have cameras facing the parking and yard, guest that brings pets without prior request will be charged $100 additional to the standard fee**

Pet owners must be responsible for picking up after their pets in the backyard, dogs must not be left alone in the yard and unsupervised for their safety, and in case someone opens the gate and does not see them, they may run out. I work from home and I can offer to let the pet out in the yard or feed them if you plan to be out a long time. That way your pets feel safe and not stressed out.

This is a very active neighborhood. You can go for a walk or for a run in the neighborhood, is very safe and friendly. You will notice a lot of neighbors walking around, walking their pets, and running/jogging every day. The house is located in the corner therefore you will have some car noise during the day. You will find ear plugs left on the night stand and a white noise machine.

The studio is perfect for long term students and business trip for long or short term and vacations stays.

The Fairmont Emoriland is a popular neighborhood. Originally developed in the 1920s, provides residents with several outlets for outdoor activity including Edgewood Park. Historic Fairmont Emoriland neighborhood is located in North Knoxville just minutes from downtown, with sidewalks for great walkability and beautiful trees and gardens.

The Fairmont and Emoriland area is easily accessible via I-40, I-640 and I-275 and is a short drive to the UT campus and Downtown Knoxville. The boulevards are wide and tree-lined and Emoriland Blvd also features a large median that runs the length of the main part of the street, the side streets that connect them – have sidewalks, making Emoriland/Fairmont a very walkable neighborhood.

Another perk of staying in the Fairmont/Emoriland neighborhood is its close proximity to Whittle Springs Golf Course, Knoxville’s first public golf course and one of its most affordable.

I'm super outgoing and I love cats and all pets. I work from home part time. I like to treat my guest like friends and family. I had guest staying long term and I still keep in touch with them. I want them to feel I'm not just a host but a new friend.
