Enter through double doors to our spacious, two story, Mediterranean style abode featuring hardwood and tile flooring throughout. An open floor plan leads you to our formal dining room, family room and grand kitchen that overlooks our spacious backyard with a swimming pool and jacuzzi, lounge area, covered patio with plenty of seating, and a barbecue. Enjoy dining outdoors in the lounge area of covered patio, or relaxing by the pool on a nice sunny day.

I will show you around the main house and yard and then take you to your private studio that has its own side entrance. Disneyland, Magic Mountain, and the beautiful beaches of Malibu are nearby as well. High-quality grocery stores like Gelson's and Trader Joes are also located nearby.

Amy is an ex-New Yorker who fell in love with the sun in Southern California. She is an art teacher, and loves working with people of all ages! Shay is a private contractor and often has his team make top-of-the-line additions and remodels to the rooms.
