This is my new build modern townhouse! Located walkable from the Metro, just blocks away from dozens of resturants, workout studios (Sculp'd Pilates 1 block away, Orangetheory, Row House, Crossfit, etc), parks, bike trails, and historical sites. The rooftop of my condo is a great escape too. There is a great sense of community and local vibe without sacrificing any of the modern convenieces you're used too.

Prostor
My townhome is split with the kitchen and half bath on the first floor with the main living space - including the living room, guest bath, and master bedroom on the second floor. My rooftop is PRIVATE; its an amazing place to relax, have a cocktail, grill, or snuggle up and watch a movie.

Any & all questions about the property are welcomed. Where things are, What there is to do, pricing, etc. DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK. :)

10 blocks from the Alexandria waterfront in Old Town; where you can dine, shop, relaxin the park, kayak, bike, etc. A 8 block walk to a Trader Joe's & Harris Teeter. Only a 10 minute walk (opposite direction) to the metro, 1 block away from StarBuck, and a handful of wonderful local resturants that make you feel like youre in your own kitchen (maybe better food than whats in the kitchen ;) ) within 2 blocks. (The rest of the resturants are located on King Street 4 blocks away)
