Welcome to Sea Senorita, a coastal meets modern-chic condo on the north end of Carolina Beach. This spectacularly designed property sits only one block from the beach and the North End Pier.
Based on a classic beach design, Sea Senorita leads guests through the front door and immediately onto a large covered patio. This wonderful outdoor space is the perfect area to dine and take in the ocean breeze or to catch the morning light as the sun rises over the ocean. Inside of the sliding glass door is the open-concept living area that mixes style with comfort. The living room blends right into the dining area and kitchen to create a perfect environment for entertaining or relaxing; with ample seating, a beautiful design, and upgraded features, guests are sure to enjoy spending time here.
Down the hallway is a dual-entry bathroom and the master bedroom. The bedroom features a large bed, generous storage space, and access to a private balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway. On the side of the patio is a closet that provides guests with a washer and dryer to use while relaxing and sipping their favorite beverage.
Just across the street is access to the beach, the fishing pier, and the Low Tide Lounge where regular live music occurs. After spending an afternoon at the beach, guests can walk back and jump in the private community pool to cool off with the setting sun.
Small dogs are welcome under 35lbs.

ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE INCLUDES: Linens (including comforters, blankets, pillows), property protection waiver and departure cleaning (not included with monthly rentals). Dog Friendly includes 1 pet fee (additional dogs are subject to additional pet fee of $300.00), restrictions may apply. Absolutely no events such as weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties etc... NO Smoking. Stairs on premises.
**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you, or bought once you arrive on the island.
ENHANCED CLEANING: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.
GUEST ACCESS: Electronic entry. Our properties are individually owned and our guests will have use of the entire property! Outdoor Pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day *weather permitting.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:
SUMMER CHECK-INS begin at 4:00PM and end at 6:00PM. Topsail Beach office ends at 5:00PM. OFF SEASON CHECK-INS: begin at 3:00PM and end at 5:00PM. Guests arriving, after office closing time, must contact our office to arrange for a late key pickup.
CHECK OUT: Is before 10:00AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
