New modular home turned into a beautiful, cozy, modern lake cottage. Located at Wizard Lake in Leduc county, 15 mins south of Calmar, 45 mins from Edmonton, 25 mins from University of Alberta Devonian Botanic Gardens,15 mins from Pigeon lake,1.5 km from Jubilee Campground with public boat launch available. Has lake access/beach area one minute walk off the property and a very large, raised, half wrap around deck perfect for entertaining or taking in the sunshine. Firepit located in the backyard.

The entire property and house is available to use. Front and back yard with a fire pit and small swing set with slide for small children. Wrap around deck. Beautiful neighbourhood, great for walks and biking. Very friendly community. Large meadow and beach area with lake access located one minute walk from cottage.

A quiet subdivision with friendly people all around ! Great area for walking your dog, bike rides, jogging, or an evening stroll. A hidden gemstone this area has been called by many who come here to stay.

I have resided at wizard lake for the last decade now and I can’t think of any other place that I would rather be !

This cottage & piece of land is my pride and joy ! The sense of community here and friendly people are just the icing on the cake.
Enchantment Valley is exactly that, Enchanting !
