Our brand new, real, custom-built Tiny House is ready for you and your family to enjoy a unique tiny house experience. Located in farming country about thirty minutes outside of historic Charleston, the Tiny House comes loaded with everything you could need to sit back and relax after a long day of exploring, including high-speed internet, a smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked bathroom, and a relaxing deck. Experience Tiny House living without sacrificing the comforts of home!

Prostor
There is a main floor and 2 upper lofts. One loft is a cozy living room with a Smart TV and the other loft is a bedroom with a new soft Queen bed.

Below is a twin bedroom with rustic sliding barn doors for privacy. The bathroom and kitchen are also on this floor, as well as a beautiful deck with a gas grill and party lights on a timer.

The kitchen is stocked with a large air-fryer for pizzas, roasted chicken, cookies, etc., and there are 2 hot burners and pots/pans for everything else!

The Tiny House is in a quiet wooded setting, near our barn. There is also a container on your left that houses historical and architectural items. Patti Hearst's chandelier, Phillip Simons gates and other interesting things. We're also in the process of building a tree house, so you'll see some signs of that here.

We are out in the trees, with a farm across the road. Very quiet area, and nearly totally silent night. About 35 minutes to Historic Downtown Charleston, and 45 minutes to the beaches.

There's an animal farm around the corner where the kids can pet piglets, baby goats, chickens and other animals. It's also a great educational experience for them.

My family have been blessed to live in Charleston since 1985. The beaches, weather and history brought us here, along with our parents. Since then, southern charm has become a part of who we are. We love hosting and getting to know our guests. You might be surprised with fresh chicken eggs, our beagle licking your fingers, or fresh vegetables from the garden. My husband is a builder, which means you'll enjoy some custom touches in the cottage. He's also planted southern flowers that bloom year round and tell a story with their sweet perfume. We've been tour guide docents many times in the past, and feel we're meant to be here - surrounded by such rich and important history. I wear lots of bright cottons, maxi dresses with sandals, and brimmed hats to keep the beautiful sun from aging me. I also pray that my hair doesn't get too frizzy during our warm humid summers. I'm originally from Warren, Ohio, but my southern drawl became my new language years ago. I've been married for almost 40 years and have wonderful daughters-in-laws and grandchildren.
