This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom house is fully stocked with all essentials plus much more. Walk to beach, Playa Bowls, or coffee; use our beach cruiser to ride to restaurants or bars; take a quick Uber to Asbury Park or Pt. Pleasant. Everything is within reach!

Our property is a family complex that includes two front houses (107 ½ and 109 front) and a duplex in the back (107 ½ and 109 rear). This listing is specifically for the 107 ½ front house. Landlord lives next door in 109 front and her family lives in the back duplex. Guests may use street parking ONLY. Use of driveway and back deck are NOT permitted for guests.

Although we are in a rowdier part of town, this is still a family housing unit and we have zero tolerance for excessive noise, partying and large crowds. For "groups of friends," there is a strict age requirement of 28 years old for ALL guests in the group (we will check IDs for all guests for age verification.) Age requirement does not apply to families.

Pets are not allowed, however, please note there are two small (barking) dogs on the premises that are relegated to the back deck.
