Far away from our hasty world Mindful Nest provides the perfect space to shift into a slower state of being and to appreciate the immense beauty of our natural world.
The flat is set on the hilltop of a old, tiny volcano called montaña frias. Thanks to this privileged position you can enjoy a birds eye panorama and light from golden to blue hour with view over the vulcanic islands and the sea with its calming horizon.
The local farmers market is very close and there you can get regional, seasonal fruits and veggies that we can't produce on our own.
Mindful Nest is the ideal place to decompress from hasty (city) life and to remind yourself or to find yourself in healthy habits for your body and mind.
Stress (if not managed right) can lead us to an endless list of different pathologies. On a physical level stress in general influences our whole body, immune system, sleeping rhythm and can even lead us to diseases like diabetes, gastritis and many more.
As we all have a busy life, without the right coping strategies we suffer stress. The stay in Mindful Nest will increase the understanding of the body, the sensations, emotions and our self.
Prevention and Promotion of Mental health are as important as for our physical health, not just because both have a big impact on each other.
The highest princip is that you choose what to do, feel and find out what is good for you. Rest if you feel like you want to, read, walk, meditate, swim in the pool, do creative journaling or simply “do nothing”.
Art activities are offered for stress relief and they are designed to make you feel great, to experience the magic state of flow, or meditative art exercises to train mindfulness. It will feel soothing and engulfing.
It's proven in more than 3000 Studies, that the process of creating helps you also to calm the mind and to release stress. You will learn techniques that you can bring home or actually everywhere.
You will experience fun, it's healing, creative, energizing or calming and you gain a lot of insights. We offer long stays for remote workers. Greate fibre internet, working place in each room and more tables in shared areas as a big table with view on the whole south of the island and an other long table in a room that is more protected from the sun
We also offer one bigger screen that you are welcome to use and also the rooftop invites you to work with a wide view.

Tge short and guided stay helps you to lean a lot about yourself and hotbto manage your work and life in a less stressful and more fulfilling way.

Start your day with the sun saludation on the rooftop. Than use a balance board and focus on the endless view. This is not just meditative but also good for your bodies stability.

In each room a blackboard reminds you on your affirmation of the week. Meditative art connects helps you to connect with your innerself and intuition and the mountains invite you to connect with the nature. Work sheets help you to rewire and journaling brings helps you to find creative solutions.
