Paradise awaits at your beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath top floor condo, situated at the highly coveted and recently built luxury resort The Pointe, located exactly next door to Rosemary Beach. This impressive and ideally located resort boasts a lovely tropical pool, hot tub with outdoor fireplace, on-site breakfast/lunch café called Big Bad Breakfast, rooftop lounge with sweeping views of the Rosemary Beach rooftops and ocean and happy hour, and a large well equipped gym overlooking the pool.

Location, location, location! If you like being near all the action, and having numerous restaurants, shops, activities, and even a couple bars all within walking distance, with the Beach itself less than 5 minutes walk, then this is the place for you. Spectacular top floor condo in building one of the highly coveted, luxury boutique resort, The Pointe.

The property forbids both pets and smoking. No pets and no smoking/no vaping permitted in the condo or on the resort property due to resort rules and owner allergies. Do not ask for exceptions.

The condo will sleep up to 4 people comfortably, with one soft, comfortable king size bed with 4 inch memory foam topper, and one slightly firmer queen size bed. We can also provide a pack and play, if requested at the time of your reservation.

This gorgeous property is ideally located just next to Rosemary Beach, and approximately a 5-6 minute walk over to Rosemary Beach’s main Square. The resort is not located within Rosemary Beach proper itself.

Included with your reservation is the complementary use of 2 adult bicycles and up to 4 portable backpack beach chairs to take over to the beach with you. Additional bicycles for both adults and children can be rented here on site, although we recommend reserving them in advance during the busier months. Please look through my guidebook here on Airbnb, or I can provide details. 6-8 pool towels are supplied for you, as well.

If you’re looking to enjoy a glass of wine or beer in the evening, and take in the amazing sunset views over the ocean, just pop up one floor to The Rooftop Bar! Hours are 4-9 pm Wed thru Sun, but vary in the winter/early spring/off season. The Rooftop Bar Will be closed on occasion due to inclement weather and private events.

The onsite fitness center boasts equipment such as a Peloton bike, Mirror, cardio equipment, weights, machines, and treadmills overlooking the beautiful tropical pool.

From second Saturday in March straight through until first week of September, we only rent in 7 Night increments with Saturday check-ins and Saturday checkouts. We are unable to accommodate Reservations during this time that are not in 7 night increments (meaning the reservation will be a total of seven nights, 14 nights, or 21 nights) and do not have a Saturday check in and a Saturday check out. The applies for the month of October as well. Please do not send reservation requests if they do not meet these requirements.

The Pointe is perfectly situated exactly next to Rosemary Beach, and 30Avenue. Rosemary Beach Square is just a 5-6 minute walk down peaceful tree-lined 30A, and offers a tantalizing selection of restaurants such as Havana Grill at the Pearl, Edwards, Restaurant Paradis, La Crema, Pescado, The Summer Kitchen Café, Amavida coffee shop, and a sweets/ice cream shop for the kiddos, as well as several lovely little boutiques and shops. During the warmer months, Rosemary Beach also offers many outdoor activities such as outdoor family movies, farmers market, little festivals, and holiday activities such as an Easter egg hunt.

30Avenue is also just a 5-6 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride, and offers delicious restaurants such as Cuvée 30A and Amici, as well as other shops and spots to eat.

The shops and restaurants of Inlet Beach, such as Shades, Donut Hole, Café Aroma, Effin Egg, and Cowlick Scoops ice cream are all within walking distance, or a quick 2-4 minute drive.

Two large grocery stores are located 2.4 miles away, although grocery delivery is also available if arranged in advance.
