Electricity Bill.
If AC used then approx. ₹100-150 per day if used properly with closed doors and windows. We have seen even lesser, also more sometimes depends the way it is used. That is the reason we do not include AC in the rent.
Small Security deposit
We are super host and we value our customers a lot, your security deposit is 100% refundable. We keep security deposit because this is 100% self check-in and checkout process hence many people went away without paying electricity bill in past.

Safety and Security:
Building is fully secure, 100% safe. Females travelling alone to delhi can have a safe stay here.
Also Landlady & family stays on 1st floor so that is also one important thing.

Neat & Clean, all time Water, Power Backup only to lights + Fans only, 100% safe and homely.
Fridge, Hi speed Wi-Fi internet , Gas, Washing machine, small Sofa, Geyser, Almirah, dressing mirror, soaps, towels, indoor plants, working station, extension cables & boards, loaded kitchen, beautiful terrace, complete privacy, safety, security.
Building has No lift, elevators, escalators.
Parking:
2 wheeler indoor parking is available only, we donot have 4 Wheeler parking.
Apartment is completely private and personal with no interference. It has 2 bedrooms; Master bedroom has 1 double bed 6ft x 6 ft (3 can sleep) and other bedroom has 1 single big bed 6ft x 4ft (2 thin people can easily sleep).
AC is only in 1 Master Bedroom. Best for 2 to 3 people who can sleep in one room in AC.
Apartment carpet Area is 600 sq Feet, compact flat but good. Enough for 2-3 ppl.
Small & good Bathroom+Toilet, 7ft x 3ft.
Private Kitchen in flat, all required utensils are available and some Gas for tea/ coffee/ Maggie. Extra gas is Rs 90 per KG, 1 KG is enough for full meal 3 times per day for 5 days if not used much.
Very important details:
Check-in Check-out is 11 am to 11 am, call us in advance for adjustments.
We provide basic functional good flat; this is for those who do not want to spend much on stays and not for those who want a lavish stay. We keep price too less because stay is basic one, please see pictures.
Information for those who are not familiar with Delhi crowd, Locality is bit old delhi types old types like other colonies of Delhi ex Karol Bagh, Lajpat Nagar, Laxmi Nagar & not high posh area like greater Kailash, etc.
Area looks crowded but it is 100% safe.
Many like the stay so much (refer reviews) very less people do not like ( and this is expected anywhere).
For CAB pick/ drop point, need to walk with luggage 30 seconds only / even less. It is not at building gate.
Swingy/ Zomato delivers doorsteps, option is home cooked food in reasonable price is also available from a nearby vendor.
Location is too convenient to Delhi / Noida/ Gurgaon/ Ghaziabad.
We arrange cabs to outstations as well.
