The Studio is in the very center of Costa da Caparica, a side street to the most famous pedestrian street Rua dos Pescadores, next door to the farmer’s market. With all facilities at hand for maximum comfort while easily stepping off to the beach for watching sunrise and sunset.
The fully furnished studio apartment features, amongst others, a large bed 160x200, smart TV with chromecast, high speed optic fiber internet.

Having lived abroad for over a decade in different countries (even continents!) while sharing this great passion for traveling, I became very fond of house rentals both on business or pleasure trips. My travel experiences became richer and more comfortable and with that little something special I would never find in a hotel! How else to see a culture and people and getting in touch with the country culture and people you're visiting while keeping the best of every world and stay comfortable enjoying your precious well earned vacation time? Being at home away from home, one of the principles of the sharing economy. Simple things like... enjoying a port wine sitting in the sunny garden, savoring a mini (most tradicional Portuguese 20cl beer) while working out the grill on the garden terrace are, sitting at the fireplace for a romantic evening shared with your loved one and a nice glass of Portuguese red wine from Alentejo...
It was hence easy to put these feeling together with the fact I love meeting and receiving people. Doing this... was a perfectly natural direction for me.
It is these experiences I want to share with you - my guests. Staying in this house - my house - will allow you to share many experiences and an insight to Portuguese culture or simply be left alone. Silence can be golden, right? The choice is yours and you'll come here to indulge yourself.

This house is for you to enjoy and will be yours during your stay. It is a regular living space; not a rental only property made exclusively for renting and/for tourists. Just picture yourself as a visiting friend... and that's pretty much the scenario. That's it: you got the picture ;)

If you would to bring any item, token or sign or a story from the country and culture you live in or from your country of origin (or both!) it'll be much appreciated. Learning is an endless continuous process and what best than learning it from the people who have lived and experienced it?
Also I love food and like to try something new! Do you know something particular from your experience, travelings or culture? Please share it. We'll find the appropriate drink to go with ;)

I love sun, I use it every moment I can. I love the sea and the ocean, water in general in it's many forms. Even ice! - both for skiing and for a nice cold summery drink :D It's unthinkable living without SUN - and we have plenty of it! I also enjoy sports, outdoors activities, traveling, meditating or a good book.
If you can bring a suggestion or an experience or a traveling recommendation which includes them - again, much appreciated. I'll also always be prompt to help and give you my suggestions, especially when it comes to this little sunny corner, our little world of peace.
We will try to give you... our best. It's all we can promise.
