A beautiful studio condo designed to give couples and small families the very best experience South Haven can offer. Part of North Shore Condominiums which has an exceptional private shared beach, expansive deck overlooking the lake, and large heated pool. You can walk along the lake for miles, even spotting the elusive beach glass or eagle family. Located on the lower level with our community laundry room at the end of the hall, with an view of the dunes and Lake Michigan.

South Haven provides access to prime nature exploration and adventure including golf, pickleball, Frisbee golf, Kal-Haven Trail Head, Van Buren State Park Trail and the Black River Preserve just to mention a few. Association and City of South Haven rules do prohibit renting for less than 7 days and no pets.

I came to South Haven to visit friends about 15 years ago. Absolutely fell in love with it. Drove right down the road and ended at Lake Michigan. A year later, we bought our first condo to rent and stay when we could. That soon turned into 3 condos. I decided to retire from community banking in Illinois after 37 years and begin renting our condos and others for friends. I officially moved to Michigan in 2020 and obtained my Real Estate Brokers License. I love investing.

When I was young, so very many years ago, my family could afford to take 1 week vacation each summer and rent a cottage on a lake. Family and friends would come for the day or spend a night and it was the best of times. This is why I do this! To provide a great opportunity, for our guests to have the best of times together, have new experiences together, connect, and make memories. There's nothing more satisfying to know we provided you with the best.

Our team continues to grow. We add properties from time to time, so check our profile when you are looking for something new.
